Sir my father was expired when I was 16 yrs old now I am 25.sir mere Dada ki sari jamin mere tauji(father's big brother) k Nam pe h.mene apni jamin apne Nam krne k liye apne tauji pe case KIA tha. The court has made the decision that the land should be transferred to me, but jb patwari jamin transfer krne gya to hme pta LGA k hmare tauji ne puri jamin pr loan le rkha h.isliye patwari ne mna kr diya..sir plz guide me what shoud i do now? Please reply sir on my I'd asap.thank you sir

Dear Sir / Madam.
You should ask the Tehsildar / Patwari to provide you with the outstanding loan amount on the land, negotiate and settle it and take the title deeds.
Note-
Sir the loan amount is 6 lac.do I have to pay the loan....sir I belong a middle class family. The amount is too much for me. Can you plz tell me d alternative.pls sir
