sir mai apnai father sai apna share chata hoon kiya mai apna share unsai le sakta hoon ha ya nai ? sir marai father ek businessmen hai aur ye business unhai marai dada nai hi diya tha . ab dukane par marai father aur uncle aur small brother baitha hai jabki mujai ghar sai aur dukan sai bahar nikale diya hai sir mai apna share chahta hoon mai kiya karoon please mujai aap batwo ji '' marai dada nahi hai ''.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Unless and until your father and uncle decide if and whether they wish to give or grant you a share in the ancestral property co-jointly owned by your deceased grandfather, your father and your paternal uncle; your legal attempt to get a share may prove futile.
