Sir my name is Mohit Sharma, maine last work Shri Siyaram Secure Services Pvt LTd. me tender Executive ka work kiya tha or maine waha tenders file kiye but jo bhi kaam hota tha wo sab director khud karwate the so maine 20 october ko job leave kr di thi but ab wo mujhe jabardasti waha bula rahe hai or warna wo keh rahe hai ki wo mujh pe case kar denge ki maine unke important paper or money gayab kar di hai but maine aisa kuch ni kiya hai so ab main kya karu isme

Dear Mohit,
Having resigned, you need not go to the previous Company who ought to pay and settle your full and final settlement dues. If they do not pay and settle your dues, Police action is advisable and recommended.
