Dear Sir / Madam,
Signatures are a matter of personal choice and personal security, so apparently, I do not foresee any problem in having more than one signature. To cite a simple example, a person may have one signature for all his / her Office correspondence as an employee, and another signature for his / her personal documentation, like Bank A/c, Passport etc. Likewise, initials and full signature of the same person may be different.
Regards,
