sir my question is Is the paternity leave taken my husbands during wife pregnancy is a medical leave or not as concerned with husband? actually what a medical leave is?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, it is treated as paternity leave and is as per the terms and conditions of the employment contract as mentioned in the Appointment Letter of your husband.
