Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir but the registrar says that while executing itself it should be on INR 500 stamp paper and we cant change the same now.

Dear Prakash,
Please politely request the Registrar to show the circular / notification that Rs 500/- is the prevailing Stamp Duty for a partnership Deed, and if it is, then tell the Registrar how does it make a difference whether it is paid before or after so long as it is paid prior to registration, since the prime objective is to pay the applicable Stamp Duty to the Government.
