Legal Question in Business Law in India

Hi sir,

I want your advice on below situation,kindly advice, my uncle is a tenant of one of a Mosque property , that property contain minimum 30 tenant , where 10 tenants are 30 year old that mosque was under the waqf board, recently that mosque had given back to the member of mosque committee, who are recently elected by local people, but the mosque member committee had recently given notice to the Imam of a mosque to leave , and also sent notice to few oldest tenant who are almost 30 yrs old tenant and asked irrelevant hike for the place as a rent and also asked to leave the property if unable to fulfilled,

Sir, Kindly advice me how to stop this act which is unethical and how we can put our point to them and how much strong our side is ,Kindly Help .

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the proposed hike in rentals is equivalent to the market rentals of a similar property, I advice and recommend your uncle to pay the revised rentals, if he is keen to stay in the premises.
