Sir,i have one indica car and before 12months i give the vehicle for one my friend for 100rs promisery note because that time i have one chance for gulf entry.but that visa still not came this one year i doing driverjob in one company.but now i need my car still i am the rc owner of the car this promisery note any legal problem that time my friend give45000rs now i told my friend i give to 50000rs but he told he need the last one year 12 emi amount also but l have no .that why i ask wht to do pls advice sir.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should tell your friend to immediately return your car back to you else you will lodge a Police complaint against your friend.
