sir/madam,
i have seen a shop in commercial area in an underground/cellular premise in a commercial area in bangalore. i have decided to open a shop which deals with products like mixtures, chats, namkeen, icecream, soda etc
Q1) can these kind of shops dealing with these items be opened in a cellar or underground
Q2)whom to contact for food license and how much it costs.

Dear Sir / Madam,
As already advised earlier, since you plan to provide eatables in the shop, you will need to obtain a licence under the Shops & Establishments Act and registration with the Karnataka Municipal Coporation (KMC) authority by submitting all the required documents.
