Sir/Madam,

Can an employee in a private limited company is entitled for her ESOP if she completes her criteria of completing minimum one year during my 2 months notice period starting from the date of submitting the resignation notice. As per my appointment letter, I was entitled to 2% ESOP after completely one year of job and there is no restrictions regarding vesting period or disqualification in case of quitting job before one year. I am completing my one year of job during the 2 month notice period. So, are my rights protected under Indian laws or any leading judgment regarding this issue?
