Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir,
My father had a case in court of bangalore, My father had to pay Rs 1 lac of which he paid 65000. Now my father is no more. Will the case comes over to me and i have to pay the remaining 35000?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You have not detailed the nature of your father's court case. If the Rs. 1 lakh that your father had to pay was towards the compensation to the opponent, the legal heir will have to bear the remaining amount after the person's demise. But you can still check and confirm with the Judge on the matter.
