Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have a small startup business and I need some investment in my business initially. I don't have help from any of my personal finances so I am looking forward to angel investors online. Will there be any sort of agreement for that?

Prepare a project report and retain a consultant like a lawyer or CA. Consulting lawyers may help you in loan syndication as they may have worked for banks as panel advocates. I think you may not be able to find investors online by cold calling or web surfing but submitting your proposals to banks and NBFCs found over the internet may work.
