Legal Question in Business Law in India
I am software engineer by profession, I am planning to buy agricultural land in Tamil nadu (krishnagiri), and my question is, I am not planning to do any activity which is off agricultural, but instead I am interested in setting up a factory/industry which involves manufacture of certain food products, so will I get the required permission

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you will get the necessary permissions as you need not compulsorily do agricultural activity on the purchased land. You can set up and run any legal business of your choice on that piece and parcel of land.
