Legal Question in Business Law in India

We had sold some goods to a firm in delhi in nov 24,2012. they promised to pay cash in one week duration.they did not pay.

we tried our best to pursuade, but to failure.they issued us numerous checks, which was bounced.we were forced to go to court. the matter is in court.

but the problem is,it is taking very long time, because since march this year the firm has not attended any hearing so far.

it has caused us immense loss of business as well as mental agony to me and my family.

please suggest us the right path.

thank you.

court cases are time and money consuming. If they are not attending the court in the cheque dishonour case the court can issue non bailable warrants against them. I would still advice you to keep your patience and not feel dejected.for further queries contact 9312411481
