I sold my land plot to a person. But he did not pay full payment. He is promising to pay after 1 month. I have not faith on him. What should I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you have registered the transfer of the title to the land in the name of the purchaser, but the possession of the land is still with you, issue a legal notice to the purchaser pressing for specific performance. If you have not registered the transfer of the title to the land in the name of the purchaser, give the purchaser an ultimatum to settle the payment else cancel and rescind the Agreement for Sale and look for another prospective purchaser of the land.
