Legal Question in Business Law in India
If i start business as sole proprietor and sell products online with the help of well estalished ecommerce sites and also offline. In case of any disputes raised by customer legally.. who will be responsible? Ecommerce site or my sole proprieter business name or me?

The person responsible can be the sole proprietor or the ecommerce website or both depending on the nature of the dispute.
