I would like to start a massage spa in Tamil Nadu Cities. At same time I prefer to state in the website that. If, any disputes arise it should be dealt only in the Coimbatore District courts.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should start the massage parlour / spa in Tamil Nadu. A massage parlour operates similar to a beer bar - "NO CARDS; NO CREDIT". Since the city of Chennai remains the capital of Tamil Nadu, you may avoid limiting and restricting grievances resolution to the city of Coimbatore alone. I say this because, in the event of any dispute, the customer is going to lodge a local complaint and not go all the way to Coimbatore. So you can simply say in your website :

"We Trust In God; the rest is strictly in Cash."
