Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have started an ad agency. In my agency I have a promotional sms service. Now I am planning to collect the database of my city. The content of the database will be Name, Ph. No. and Area. To collect and keep these databases do I have to follow any legal procedure. In short do I have to fallow any law to keep public database?

you have to follow it act 2000 and dont harm anybody by physical or mental
