I started a business with my friend. But, he didn't realize the profit to me. Whenever I asked for the profit, he just ignore it. What shall I do in that situation?

Do you have any contract with your friend? If so, then you can sue breach of contract. Please contact with a Civil lawyer near you.

You have two ways to go. You may take either or both of the ways. Go to civil court for realisation of profit which has been payable to you. You also go to criminal court to punish him for cheating.
