Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have started a business of unstitched materials and its been 1.5 yrs now, However I thought of selling my products at snapdeal.com but they are asking for VAT/TIN/CST, Can I apply for it even now as its been a while I have started my firm and what all documents do I require for it and moreover as unstitched materials are exempted from VAT, is it necessary to pay VAT for the sold products.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you can apply for VAT / TIN / CST now even though you have commenced business a year and six months ago. You can either do it yourself or you may contact a local Chartered Accountant in your vicinity to get the necessary registration formalities completed.
