Is it possible to sue a firm who bought embroidered fabric samples from us promising production in the samples but has given the production to another vendor for the samples we developed. If yes, what can be done?

You have to file a suit for infringement and / or violation of artistic work against the party to whom you developed the embroidery and can also add the party to whom your customer has off loaded the work and seek stay of the work by the new party and also claim damages. For this purpose you have to file the suit with an injunction application in the District Court having jurisdiction over the matter.
