Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have supplied stocks to the party & i receive payments thru neft in my accounts but last 6 invoices i have not received any payments .
I mailed to the party for payments but he has delayed and no payment was made.
The party also agree to pay the due as soon as possible but he i delayed a lot , so please advice me what to do.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should either ask the party to pay you within 7 days, else return back the stock for all the unpaid invoices back to you.
