Hello Team,
We are starting with a website which will allow the user to book the vehicle repair/service online and then the user have to visit to the dealers network.
Can you please let me know what kind of service agreement I need to go ahead with.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your Service Agreement has to take into consideration the terms and conditions of the original vehicle sale agreement of the respective car manufacturer; the terms and conditions of the Bank (especially the clause that the service of the vehicle has to be done at the authorized service centre of the manufacturer) if the vehicle is under a loan agreement. I suggest you get the Service Agreement drafted by a local Chartered Accountant.
