Trademark Advice:
Hello, i am from india and i want to start an online company that sells leather products like handbags, shoes,etc worldwide through my website and i will get the products manufactured from china. I would be registering my company and its trademark in India. But how do i know that i will not be infringing any trademark worldwide? do we have to trademark our brand separately in different countries or is there a common forum(WIPO) where i can trademark my name to protect it in all the countries?

Registration of your Company and trademark in India is sufficient for online sales of your products from India.
