I have been trading in commodities on my PC online through Angel Commodities Broking Pvt Ltd.The dealer of Angel made trading three times for me without my consent & made me a huge loss.
What legal action can I take against Angel?
Can I get back my loss from the Angel? And what maximum amount can get back?
What quantum of punishment can the Angel be given?
