does a tuition with more than 150 students need to registered, why and how?

Dear Madam / Sir,
Tuitions on a commercial scale require a commercial space which entails obtaining basic registration as per the Shops & Establishments Act, 1938. If it is a partnership firm or a company, it will be governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1907 and the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
