Type Your Question Here...l am a medicine dealer under drugs & cosmetics act 1940. l constituted a firm in partnership. do any addition or changes in terms and conditions in partnership deed between partner affects drug license? as no changes will be made in the name &address; of firm or the partners. the firm is in jharkhand.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the addition or changes in terms and conditions in the partnership deed do not affect its very existence as a going concern, such changes do not have any forbearing on the Drug License issued in the name of the partnership firm,
