Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have an unique app idea but no money to invest so I am looking forward to the companies who can buy my idea but I am afraid anyone can steal my idea,I am not sure if a business idea can be patented so please help me with the legal procedure of protecting an idea from copying or stealing.

yes you must be patent as well as prepare contract to other parties. it is clearly mention .it is patent only belong to you.
