Ref: Your notice dated 18-06-2015 issued on behalf of dggduewff b,jdhwehd jsdkdlkdl/qd

I am in receipt of your notice on 22-06-2015 regarding allegations about the functioning of our unit M/s xxxxxxxxx, ggggggggg, jjjjjjjl, hhhhhhhh

I am quite surprised to receive the notice and going through the contents on it. I believe that the above legal notice has been issued a wicked motive of further experimental litigation probably embryo.

I hereby specifically denies all the averments and allegations contained in the notice.

We are into quarrying and crushing operation under the name and style �xxxxxxxx vgggggg hhhhhh� for the last 30 years with all statutory consents. Our unit is strictly legitimate and the operation is within the parameter laid down in the consent order and the renewal order and subject to the condition imposed by the local authority.

Your allegations like timing and style of quarrying operations, non adherence to the safety distances in the case of quarrying and crushing as per the rules and acts, shifting of magazine, depletion of ground water, functioning of quarry without competent persons as per rules etc. are not correct and baseless, hence denied.

Your client is trying to institute complaints with malafide intentions to make monitory benefit.

We have all the required necessary written valid sanctions and permissions from the concerned Government authorities to legally conduct business without committing any act or operation which contravenes the provisions of law.

In the result, you please advise your client to refrain from experimental litigations and if we unnecessarily dragged into litigations your client will be made liable for all cost and consequences thereof.
