Legal Question in Business Law in India
Will the Indian government ever extradite me for a minor case in another country? I sent a very insulting email to a person in another country and he warned me that if I dont respect myself he will take legal action (I heard it is criminal offence to insult someone in that country). However, later he offered me a gift and asked me for account details but I refused to accept the money and apologized. So will he even make a case?

there is no answer to these speculations but yes if you have committed an offence the person has a right to initiate proceedings against you.
