Legal Question in Business Law in India
I work in a leading FMCG MNC. I have been working in this organization for over two years.
What I have faced is a clear case of discrimination at the work place in terms of work. In order to faciliatate someone else's career a clearly motivated and deliberate effort has been made against me to exclude me from functional areas. What was committed to me has not been allowed and all this is documented and clear. I have finally resigned as it was not possible to function anymore
So far even after highlighting the turn of events in the last 9-10 months i have not got any response either from senior management, HR or legal. There is seemingly a mindset towards ignoring it to such a time till it I leave the organization and the issue dies down accordingly
I would like to know as to what can I do to make people accountable for such deliberate discrimnation

what are the irregularities that you think are prevalent. if there is a violation of any law report it to the company law board or the concerned authorities.for further clarification contact 9312411481
