Legal Question in Business Law in India
I've worked in a private company in digital marketing area and they fired me in 6 months and in their relieving letter they mentioned that shouldn't work in the same domain for next two years... And I've agreed and signed in the relieving letter... So, Is this legal? even, if i get a job in same digital marketing area, can i work in that new company with previous experience?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You are bound by the rules and regulations of the Company only as long as you are in their service. The Company has no legal right to decide what you should be or should not be doing after you have quit their service. You remain free to take up any job or assignment of your choice.
