Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi, I am working for an IT company and planning to buy an Indica yellow board vehicle to attach it to OLA. I have a driver who is ready to drive the vehicle, but my doubt is while driving if he make any mistake or if accident happens will it effects me? will I responsible for that fault? will effect my job career? because if any complaints logged against me it would be a problem for me to travel onshore etc, so can some guide me whether my plan is correct to earn some extra money or will it become a wrong option for me? please help with your advise

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should refer to the terms and conditions of the Vehicle Agreement with Ola Cabs to confirm who remains responsible in the unlikely event of any damage to the vehicle as a result of an accident. Since this activity is in no way connected with your job, it is safe to undertake it in my opinion.
