I am working with hotel industry but my hotel will be shut down in next two days so what kind of componsation we operation level employee get kindly guide on that.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Hotel has to settle all your dues including Salary, Bonus & Incentives, Provident Fund, Gratuity (One half months salary for each year of completed service). Usually, the Hotel Industry has a prevalent practice to give six months Gross Salary as Compensation for loss of service to its employees. A joint representation by all employees to the Management for suitable Compensation for Loss of Employment is advisable and recommended.
