Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have 8.5 acres of land which is under possession of some third person and is being harvested by him.Court has passed the judgement of taking the land and issued warrant for the same.However on seeing the farm there was standing crop on my land.Can i get the land with the crop....
