Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we are 2 brothers i am elder i am in abroad, one plot registered on my mother name in 2004 (all the investment is self acquired and mine), later 2012 we build one house on the same plot, my brother invested 35% on his earnings, i invested 65% on my earning. how we share the building and rent, my brother is claiming 50% now. pls help sir, all my earnings in that house only, i do not have savings.

In a suit for partition you can mention the investments made by you and seek deduction of the same in partitioned amount.

Litigation is the only solution in your case, with that your drafting should be appropriate.
