Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
1. i just want to know my father purchased a land from a guy
he have given a will nd attorney to my father. it was mentioned in d will that in case something happen to him or something happen to my father. his son will transfer this land to our name.
but they sold that piece of land
now what can i do. i can put case against them?
2. someone have sold my property by making fake person stand on my place . that time i was minor . nd even i dont know them. so is there any chance to get that property back.
wht i should do in these cases nd how long it ll take time to get solve
