Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
well, I'm 20. My father works abroad and my mom stays home to look after me and my sister(22). My father threatens my mom that his responsibilities are over and that he would do nothing more(futurestudies, marriages). and it's been a year since he had sent any money. is there any law that could make him pay for my future studies?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No. There is no such law. Take up the challenge and responsibility by raising your own study fees through a job and becoming independent. Earn and learn simultaneously.
Regards,
