Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Can i take my 498 f.i.r to british high commission in mumbai as my husband ran away u.k. n is a u.k. citizen....what action can be taken against him to drag him to mumbai.kindly lemme know asap.

as he is a UK citizen, not much you can do about it. Dowry law is not recognized in UK. Warrants under Domestic Violence may help you. better go through extradition guidelines between india and UK
