Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
2. We invested in a 2bhk flat in Supertech builder in Noida Extension. This unknowingly comes in Sahberi village. Later courts stay was announced in whole Noida Extn area. We waited for courts order. Then they provide us another flat, after that they cancelled that and provide another one on 19 floor instead of 2 floor. Paper work was done for that also.
Now we have received a letter asking us to take our money back. We are shattered, what to do now. Should we go to the consumer forum or any other option other than taking money back?

Hi sir/madam, have you entered any sale agreement for this? please clarify. If entered sale agree for this one, if any condition is there, if any problem arose at that time flat will changed the same and another will give the flat by alternative any thing. If there is this condition you cannot do anything to the said persons. If not there this condition, you have to issued a legal notice to such persons and cancell the same and to claim refund your advance amount, if not paid, you have to file civil suit before jurisdicitonal civil court for recovery of money....best of luck... if any help please call me on mobile phone which is mentioned in the Lawguru.com website ... Kindly click on the LIKE icon. It will be a token of appreciation... by Chandrashekhar Vithal Jadhav, Advocate, Bangalore.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you are keen to stay in the same premises, you should lodge a case against the Developer in the consumer forum.
