Dear Sir / Madam,
1. You can draft and file your case on your own and represent yourself before the Judge in the matter.
2. It is unwise to file a case in two Courts, since the Supreme Court will always first refer the case to the concerned High Court, and only after the concerned High Court has passed the Judgement Order, will the Supreme Court entertain the case if the petitioner challenges the High Court verdict.
