i had 390000 rupees a friend but he is not given me he also give a cheque but he is bounced i case in court but the main problem opposite lawer ask me how you give rupees 390000 explain me. now i gave a cash BUT INCOME RETURN 200000 PER RETURN NOW HOW CAN SHOW 390000/- PLZ HELP ME

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is none of the opposite party's or his / her Advocate's business to ask you from where you got the money. Tell them straightaway that the cheque given has bounced and let us focus our attention on when the defaulter is going to pay the money of the bounced cheque. Also lodge an FIR for "cheating" in the local Police station against the opponent. Repost query if the Police do not intervene to resolve the matter within 3 days of lodging the FIR.
