Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am 21 years boy. my parents get married in 1984 & after 2 years my father married to one another christian girl & we are hindu brahmins. we have two property which named on my grand father's name(they are no more). & my father have 2 brother one is died before some times & five sisters.
my father has two 50 squre & one 100 squer house which has partnership with the other christian girl. so my question is if i want my right on property so what is the portion did i get & how?

See, the partnership deed between them has to be seen. That will decide the quantum of property that may come to your share. In that share, all the legal heirs of that property will share equally.
