i am 70 and i have younger sister age of 64 and she is married in 1971 and now she is claiming property if she claim how much share she get of her property of deceased father

when did your father expire?? the share of your sister would depend on the law prevailing then.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your father has left behind his Will, the beneficiary named therein will be entitled to Probate his Will. If he has passed away "intestate", his property will be equally divided amongst the surviving legal heirs.
