Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello Sir/Madam
we have a property in chennai tamilnadu measuring 4500 square feet.As we were in abroad for yrs it was left unnoticed.Now one of our relative is saying that its been under aquisition by the government.so we took the encumbrance certificate but the acquisition is not shown in the EC."Does it show in the EC if the goverment or revenue department had taken it" Kindly Reply.Thankyou

you wll have to inspect the revenue record and find it out. i will have to see the encumberance certificate to advice further.
