What action i can take..when hospital not provide birth certificate. When they do mistake on that.is any law on there?

According to the govt. guidelines it is mandatory for the hospitals to provide a birth certificate .It is advisable to seek help of a lawyer who can send legal notice to them .you can also approach NCDRC.
