Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hello, i need advice on parking issue. I live in a builder floor and me and my neighbour park our cars in the same garage which has space for only two small cars. Now my neighbour has purchased a civic and there is hardly any space b/w the 2 cars- my car is half outside the garage , hence i'm at a loss. Even the garage gates are open. We called the police but they told us to compromise of which there is no hope. The person is a tenant and his landlord is too supporting him instead of understanding the situation . The tenant is without a verification. He is mentally torturing and abusing us.What can i do ?

Dear sir,

The best you can do is to file for an Injunction petition before the City Civil Court having the Territorial Jurisdiction restraining the tenant from using the garage premises. Furthermore you can also dial 1090 telling the police that such and such is staying at such and such place without police verification. You can further contact me on my mobile i.e. 8750228171 for any further assistance and guidance.

Thanks

parking is a big problem in Delhi. you need to resolve this issue amicably and refer the dispute to mediation cell situated in district courts. if the issue is not resolved, you may seek appropriate orders from the civil court.
