Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Please some one advise me on ths matter

I am from Punjab india and i was given the JE test in PSPCL in general cataogery , later on i come to know my cast fall in BC and now result is declared .

Please help me and advise me legally i have a right to take the reservation or not ...Please advise

Meet up with the authorities and send the a notice and thereafter file Writ Petition in the High Court. or if you want to avoid litigation then repeat the the test. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]

Dear Sir / Madam,

Caste discrimination of any form or nature is illegal and a criminal offence. Caste Certificates have been discontinued since 1985.
