Is agriculture land owned by Hindu widow is her " Stree-Dhan"( married women's own property) which she can give to anybody?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, agricultural land owned by a Hindu widow is her "streedhan" and she is free to give it to anybody else, and do as she best deems fit to.
