Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My name is alam.my father had married twice.first wife had two son.and second wife had two son.first wife was divorced and second was my mom.my father was died before 15years.then my father property was divided in five parts.two parts of my step brother and two part for us and one part for my mom.but before two years my mother also died. In the every document we two are her legal heir.but my step have claimed for shares in my mother property.sir plz give me any legal advice.contact no.9670202161

it is personal law applicable.

my point view,yes your step-brother have right of small percentage,but main percentage is you and your brother

you have to take fatah or islam law
